LIME SOURCE CONSULTANCY

GLOBAL LEADERS IN TALENT  SE ARCH WITH HQ IN DUBAI

Talent sourcing specialist does not believe in a cookie-cutter approach to solving GCC companies’ HR requirements, says Rajeev Gupta, Founder and CEO

ddFor over two decades, the CEO of Lime Source Consultancy has been using professional expertise since 1993 in bringing the world’s best talent to help fuel the GCC nations’ phenomenal infrastructure growth combined with growth in multi sectors from Facility Management, FMCG, Retail, Healthcare, Oil and Gas, and Customer Service sector, to name a few. As one of the region’s most sought-after management
and HR consulting companies, Lime Source believes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to meeting any organisation’s human resources requirements.

“We’ve always taken a proactive approach to sourcing personnel for our clients,” said Rajeev Gupta, the company’s CEO, a recognised FM Professional on both national and international platforms, and
a well-known Member of Prestigious ASIS (American Society Of Industrial Security)

Rajeev said: “To us, it is not just about receiving orders and delivering the number of people our clients need. We believe in having a firm understanding of the core competence our clients deliver and the skills required for specific jobs as different industries need different skills levels.”

Lime Source is also transparent to overseas candidates about the working conditions in the region. All these have put the company in good stead as a global brand that candidates and clients rely upon.

By understanding the pulse of the market, Rajeev and his highly qualified corporate team leaders are able to match talent with the specific skills required by key Corporates and Blue Chip Companies.
Such capability is integral in a region like the GCC, where skills mismatch is a prevailing issue.

“Our objective is to add value to our clients by advising them on the potential sources of highly skilled workers that will not only meet their jobs requirements, but also prove more cost-effective to them. This approach also allowed us to bring in talent from non-traditional source markets like Africa, Myanmar,
Vietnam and East Europe in addition to long-term existing sourcing markets as India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Philippines,” the founder and CEO said.

BEYOND SOURCING

Currently, Lime Source Consultancy sources experienced workers – unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled categories – from 15 countries worldwide for Blue Chip companies across the GCC. Because of its commitment to source quality candidates, Subash Chandra, General  Manager, said they have also launched world-class and technologically advanced trade test centres to assess the level of competency of prospective employees

“If a person claims to be an electrician or BMS operator, we don’t just take his word for it. We require them to undertake trade tests so we can determine their capability and skills level because they will be assigned to some of the region’s most respected companies,” explained Chandra. Aside from trade tests, the company also conducts orientation programmes so as to ensure that candidates are familiar with the job they are applying for, rules and regulations of the UAE and fully comprehend the expectations of
prospective employers, explained Markose Issac, Executive Director.

But Lime Source goes a step further by offering training and development programmes for successful candidates. “We have training academies, which on par with international training centres. Both our trade test centres and training academies have been commended by our clients, who require employees that can confidently perform their  job even from day one,” the executive director said.
