Hasan, who has a background in Finance and Construction, put to work his extensive US-based experience in the Big 4 irms and the construction industry to propel the businesses into fast-paced growth. “I joined Tech Group in early 2013 to give new direction to our businesses in order to adapt to the post-recession dynamics. Our strategic initiatives included consolidation into the UAE market by rolling back our perations in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait and Sudan. I turned our strategic focus back into the UAE market and worked extensively towards expansion of our operations here and maintaining full epresentation in the major emirates. In doing so, the results started to pour in from the first year on,
and Tech Group has been consistently recording 30 per cent plus year-on-year growth for a third year running. One of the key factors of our success is our team. We are working with some of the biggest construction clients like Al Habtoor Group, Deyar, BeSix, Shapoorji Palloonji, Damac, Dubai Properties, etc. We are heavily involved with Al Zorah, which is Ajman’s flagship development project. project that incorporates two 7-star Beach Resorts, a Jack Nicklaus designed championship golf course, luxury villas, a marina, apartment towers and huge retail centres,” comments Hasan. works for 4-star resort at the Palm and mega structures in Tecom, Al Zorah Golf Resort and Villas, Ajman Corniche Residence and International School of Choeuifat. Ajman One Towers, Ajman Pearl Towers, Coral Beach Resort Sharjah, Corniche Tower, Expo Tower, Horizon Tower, Orient Tower and The Black Square are some of the projects completed by Tech Group.
The Northern Emirates were the primary markets for Tech Group, but with the expanding footprint and
