In September 2015, EAG became the first aviation company from the Middle East to be awarded an AOC by San Marino. This enables its registered aircraft to perform worldwide commercial air operations, regardless of the aircraft base. EAG also holds a United Arab Emirates AOC

Building partnerships on trust

Successful aircraft owner-manager relationships are built on trust, openness and transparency. Owners take a keen interest in their aircraft and EAG actively encourages working partnerships with owners. Its unique asset managementapproach focuses on highly personalised aircraft management services at the core of the companys operations. EAG helps aircraft owners acquire and optimise their investment by operating and maintaining the aircraft to the manufacturers standards required to protect its long-term value.

It is all about relationship management and the team makes sure that they are personally available to owners 24 hours a day.

EAG offers a tailored one-stop shop approach to business jet management and asset management to meet the needs of owners. Protecting the value of aircraft is essential and demands the careful administration of its maintenance records, as per manufacturer specifications. They also manage all the aircraft insurance requirements, financial documentation and operational services, for total peace of mind.

Buying an aircraft is a serious investment commitment, and buyers must make sure they have access to the best specialist advice. The aviation experts at EAG can help owners to find, negotiate and acquire an aircraft to meet their specific needs, anywhere in the world, including the large US market where EAG has a dedicated sales office. It is more than just buying –its a complete and transparent financial model of aircraft ownership.

Growing charter offer

The company has been actively expanding the fleet of managed business jets with the number of aircraft being made available to the charter market growing significantly in 2016 and with a healthy pipeline of new managed aircraft for 2017. With a fleet of seven (7) business jets available for charter based across the company’s operations in the Far East, India, Nigeria with the balance of aircraft operating from the Gulf countries.

With the addition of new aircraft to the fleet, the choice of charter aircraft is growing and enabling clients to select aircraft to meet their very precise requirements and to meet the demands of a range of missions, including the all-important range and destination airport considerations, as well as the onboard facilities and baggage capacity.

The company has also been expanding its travel related services with VIP transfers and Empire Aviations hotel booking service and other added value services that can be combined with business jet charter for a one-stop luxury travel solution with a very high degree of personalisation.

Beyond its core business, EAG has also pioneered several private aviation innovations in the region, including unique luxury jet charter travel packages with exclusive hotels; GoDirect connectivity services for the EAG fleet; first Middle East aviation company to acquire an AOC in San Marino.

EAG is structured into two different parts: Operations Management which takes care of the crew recruitment and training, flight operations, planning, scheduling and private jet charter services.

On the other side, they have their very own CAMO team, which manages their maintenance and planning; and this is the team that takes care of all technical aspects of the aircraft. They also have support services and a quality management division, which takes care of technical quality, flight safety and security, regulation, the flight and ground training department, and of course their finance department.

Private aviation is not just about the flying experience – the service on the ground makes a vital contribution to the overall passenger experience, whether it is a business or leisure mission. With its global headquarters in Dubai, EAG has the benefit and privilege of having two of the worlds finest international airports on the doorstep.

The experienced cabin crew are very passionate about delivering high-quality service for a memorable onboard experience that has all the silver service frills. All crew members retrain each year on the aircraft they fly, ensuring a skilled team and a safe and relaxed flying experience.

It is this level of service that sets EAG apart and they pride themselves in going the extra mile, paying attention to the very smallest details.

Changing the regional markets view of the business jet (from luxury to business tool) has been central to EAGs success, supported by the distinctive, personalised asset management model. After successfully building the business in the region, EAG is now continuing to scale globally.

The model is proving to be successful – Empire Aviation Group was the winner of the Aircraft Management Service Provider of the Year at the 10th annual Aviation Business Middle East Awards in Dubai, in 2016.
