As per the latest news, the Portuguese Government has decided to suspend the Golden Visas route through real estate investment option in Porte and Lisbon. These changes would come into effect by the end of this year. Anyone who wishes to acquire a golden visa via the real estate investment option will no longer qualify if their property is located in the Mainlands of Porte and Lisbon.
Currently, there are three major investment-based immigration programs that we are mainly focusing on:
- First is the Canada Start-up Visa Program that enables foreign entrepreneurs with the skills and potential to establish businesses in Canada, the crux of the program is Innovation in business without the requirement of capital investment, anyone can apply irrespective of any age, education, experience and nationality as far as one can present Business intent, conceptualization, planning along with Innovation as per Canadian and international perspective. The program also allows them and their families to apply for Canadian permanent resident status.
- Another investment-based immigration program that we are launching is Turkish citizenship by investment. Under this program, Turkish citizenship can be obtained by making a minimum investment of 250,000* USD in real estate.
- The third program that we are currently focusing on is the Montenegro Citizenship-by-Investment Program. This program offers applicants/investors lifetime citizenship in less than six months in exchange for making a defined economic contribution to Montenegrin society through an investment that starts at €100,000.
