Could you brief us about your company’s mission and vision?
Youbook aims to be the biggest brand globally in headhunting within the coming 3-5 years, servicing clients globally, remotely from one office in Dubai.
What do you think are the biggest challenges your industry is facing now with the Covid-19 pandemic, which has brought the world to a literal stop & how does your company plan to overcome it?
We see this as temporary, though 2020 had been the worst since we are in this business from 1995, what we have done in 1995 monthly, here we have not even done that business in the year 2020 till date and ten months are gone as more than 120 CXO roles have been put on hold starting January 2020. However, we see a huge rebound in 2021, when key CXO people would be needed, all only post a vaccine is available.
During these testing times, due to the pandemic, what is the smallest change you have made that has had the biggest positive result? What was it about that small change that produced the large return?
For us to survive, P&L was to be maintained, and as revenue was a challenge, a massive cost cut was the only way forward; manpower, offices, marketing, travel expenses were all minimized to the least.
Are there any innovative products or services expected to be launched soon & what are your expectations from the market?
A new way of working, virtual offices, webinars, fuel, and rent costs will be minimal, to name a few.
In times of crisis, people flock to quality; do you have something to mention in this regard, and how do you think this suits your organization, and what measures have been taken?
In our business, best heads to be picked up, within the shortest possible time, our USP is any role, anywhere in the world, we headhunt only two profiles and that too within 72 hours, irrespective of National or Global holidays or weekends or we are traveling and the time zone factor, Youbook got 8329 placements in the last 25 years across the Globe.
