Could you brief us about your company’s mission and vision?

Crowe UAE aims at helping its clients make Smart Decisions, something that has brought us them lasting value for nearly 40 years.

What do you think are the biggest challenges your industry is facing now with the Covid-19 pandemic, which has brought the world to a literal stop & how does your company plan to overcome it?

Biggest challenges usually present the greatest opportunities.

Like all entities, movement restrictions meant we were not able to meet clients in person. Thanks to Crowe Global’s Digital Transformation  Strategy, we were able to carry on business as usual by using CaseWare Cloud Tools and Microsoft Office 365 Suite for seamless connectivity.

During these testing times, due to the pandemic, what is the smallest change you have made that has had the biggest positive result? What was it about that small change that produced the large return?

The smallest change we made was finally going paperless.

The reduced carbon footprint is part of Crowe UAE’s commitment to a sustainable greener future.

Are there any innovative products or services expected to be launched soon & what are your expectations from the market?

Indeed, as governments across the world increase regulations, we are here to further our commitment to helping our clients make smart decisions that bring lasting value.

For example, the recent Cabinet Decision regulating Ultimate Beneficial Ownership will impact how organisations maintain their records and disclose beneficiaries

Our expectation is that in line with prevailing regulations the market and investors will welcome these initiatives and work closely together.

In times of crisis, people flock to quality; do you have something to mention in this regard and how do you think this suits your organization and what measures have been taken?

Quality is at the heart of every Chartered Accountant. Providing high quality and honest services is part of our ethos. To name a few of the measures we have taken to include continuous training for colleagues,restructuring the firm to adapt to the New Normal and prepare ourselves for a digital future.
